3CH0 Esports LLC is an organization with many facets. Founded in 2019, we are a family of many personalities. We have competitive outlets in the FPS, MMO, RPG, and Co-Op space with an emphasis on building a family.

What Do We Want?

You! As generic as it sounds, we genuinely see the potential of each and every person that joins our org; therefore, we want the best for YOU. Each person has a purpose, and our team of managers, coaches, and owners want to help you achieve such.

Ideal Player:

The ideal candidate can be found in the following:

• 16+ y/o
• 1900+ MMR (within the last 3 seasons)
• Availability is subjective, however, we expect at least 20 hours of committed time to team development and practice a week.
• Commitment to Communication
• Former Competitive Experience is preferred, but not required.
• A desire to grow in not just the game, but as an individual
